Cancellation

🟢 In-Stock Orders

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

🔵 Pre-Order (Reservation Items)

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before final shipment to your address, including during the manufacturing stage and transit from China to the USA.
  • Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
  • The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

 


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for both In-Stock and Pre-Order items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all accessories included

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged item), we will cover return shipping

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued if it meets all conditions
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

 

 

Damages, Defects & Missing Parts

For both In-Stock and Pre-Order items:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • Packaging
    • Product condition

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • Replacement parts (if available)
  • Repair solutions (if applicable)
  • Full or partial refund

 


How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact us through our website chat or email
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for request
    • Photos (if applicable)


Additional Refund Conditions

For refund requests not related to damage, defects, or loss:

  • All returns must be approved by us first
  • Items must be:
    • Complete and unused
    • In resalable condition
    • Factory-sealed (for new items)
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Safe return packaging
    • Return shipping costs

Since we provide free shipping, the following may apply:

  • A deduction for shipping costs (round-trip) may be applied
  • Refunds may be adjusted to account for payment processing fees
